Discovering and selecting talented junior staff and training them to become capable professional pilot officers is the mission of the pilot school.

As commander of the pilot school, I am pleased to be responsible for this interesting task. Together with the cadre of the Air Force Pilot School, we guarantee professional training for military pilots which, as in the past, remains unique in our country.

In the future too the air force will need outstanding pilots who are willing to perform exceptionally. We offer a fascinating training which is demanding and calls for perseverance. The objective is a unique workplace in the cockpit of a F/A-18 jet or a Cougar helicopter.
